Daniele Silvano Gonçalves, DVM, MSc, PhD Veterinary Clinical Pathologist and consultant specialized in Quality Management for veterinary laboratories. She graduated from UDESC (2011) and completed her residency, master’s (2016), and PhD (2019) in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at UNESP, Brazil. With broad experience in technical, commercial, and managerial areas, she served as Technical Manager of the largest veterinary laboratory in Latin America, leading teams toward diagnostic excellence and process standardization. Currently, Daniele provides consultancy to veterinary laboratories across Brazil, implementing Total Quality Management systems and developing high-performance teams. She is also the founder of the Veterinary Laboratory Excellence Community (CELV), where she mentors professionals and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the laboratory sector.
